Reaching Munsiyari requires a combination of road and jeep travel. If you are travelling via air, Patnanagar airport is the nearest. From there, you can take a taxi to reach Munsiyari. If you have booked a hotel or homestay that offers private transfers, opt for that too.
Even from Patnanagar, you will not find direct transportation to Munsiyari. You’d need to hire a taxi or jeep until Bhowali or Almora and then take another public transportation to Munsiyari.

Taxis and private transfers can be expensive due to the distance and the condition of the roads. So, if you are looking for something more economical, jeep shuttles are a great option and readily available.
