I am a 26 years old working lady with an insatiable love for traveling. Making Sweet Memories On Our 4 Days Honeymoon Trip To Maldives
Here’s a day-wise account of my romantic Maldives trip:
DAY 1: Exploring the gorgeous resort and the nightlife of Maldives
We reached our dream destination Maldives by evening as we had boarded an afternoon flight from Bangalore. The picturesque aerial view of Maldives had already left me spellbound from my flight window. On reaching Maldives, a speedboat was waiting to take us to our Island Hudhuranfushi. The speedboat ride to the resort gave us an adrenaline rush like never before! Racing with the waves was so scary and exciting at the same time.
Soon we reached our Resort – Adaaran. We can’t thank TravelTriangle enough for booking such an awesome stay for us. The Adaaran Resort in Hudhuranfushi was a beautiful one with all the amenities. After a hearty welcome in the resort and post completing the formalities, we were taken to our beach villa.
The villa was a beautiful one with some unique interiors. It provided all facilities for a comfortable stay. The best part of the villa was the hammock in the ocean just a few meters away. It was already dark by the time we reached and there was a light drizzle so we could not head to the beach.

After freshening up in the room we went to the poolside bar hall to enjoy Maldives’ splendid nightlife there. The nightlife of Maldives is very lively and fun! There were local dance performances, extension buffet dinner, savoury drinks, a poolside party, live music, and a lot more to lose oneself over! We both had a fantastic evening and enjoyed thoroughly.
DAY 2: Jet skiing, canoeing, and snorkeling after a beautiful sunrise
The second day of our honeymoon trip to Maldives was quite adventurous. We woke up early, at the break of dawn, and headed straight to the beach with full preparations. After witnessing the best sunrise of our lifetime, we started exploring every nook and corner of the resort. At breakfast time, a wide buffet was provided and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Then we proceeded for our adventure activities.
It was a thrilling experience to ride a jet ski all by ourselves. The jet ski made serpentine moves, taming the motion of the waves. It was so much fun! Next was canoeing. We hired a canoe for ourselves and started sailing in the shallow part of the beach. We saw tiny fish, dead corals, n the mesmerizing white sands under the water. Needless to say, we were tanned beyond imagination!
The next activity was the best of all – snorkeling, and I still get Goosebumps imagining the scenario! I was so afraid at first while advancing to the location in the water where we were to snorkel. But then, witnessing myriad types and colours of fish, turtles, and corals turned out to an experience of a lifetime. Looking at marine life from such a close proximity was a divine feeling.

DAY 3: The luxuries and views of the Ocean Villa
We had a delish breakfast and headed to the beach again. We remained under the water for a long time and then relaxed on the hammock. By noon, it was time to shift to the ocean villa – the best part of our romantic Maldives trip!

We could hear the ocean gurgling at night and had some big fish visit us, including baby sharks!
DAY 4: Sayonara Maldives!
We packed and checked out of our resort with a heavy heart as we were in no mood to leave behind this mesmerising place. The speedboat transferred us to the airport. We boarded our flight home with a basket of beautiful memories and a promise to visit again someday.
