This is a vast park with a lot of rides and water attractions. The Wild Snake covered 16 meter circular ride is a favourite among the older kids. 6. Aquaparque Teimoso
This is a family fun area as well. The place has thrilling curvy rides for the older ones and plum covered ones for the kids, shallow pools and water sprays make it fun for the kids. The Aquaparque is a part of the historic tavern and a hotel. The place is named after the owner, as it is said that he was very “teimoso”, stubborn.

8. Parque Aquático De Amarante
This is the only water park in north Portugal. This water park in Portugal is situated 60 kms east of Porto. The water parks give you scenic views as it sits over the Tamega River. This is a full day attraction of wet and wild fun. The place includes Fast Slides with water rushing on the slides, multiple slides where you can race with one another, the snail that is not slow at all and the toboggan which is a long ride through the fast mountain and several tunnels.
