As Ruskin Bond says “Live close to nature and your spirit will not be easily broken, for you learn something of patience and resilience. You will not grow restless, and you will never feel lonely.” and we like to believe it, because it inspires us to be close to ‘nature’ which is somewhere lost when you live in the bustling cities and only happens in the countryside and when you lose yourself in the hills, that you feel more solitudinal and less lonely and there is some kind of magic in places like these that they help families connect and offer harmony! And that is exactly what Ganeshan and his family wanted. While they spent 3 days in Uttarakhand in December they felt blessed and unbeknownst to them set out major travel goals. Read about their fascinating experiences here.
The memories we made on our trip to Uttarakhand from Mumbai are something we will cherish forever! My family and I wished to go somewhere unique, somewhere that is popular yet unexploited, a place that offers peace and yet is bewitchingly beautiful and that is how we ended up planning for a trip to Uttarakhand. But then we got to thinking and came up with a concern which was, how to reach Uttarakhand from Mumbai! But we found out about the flights. And we couldn’t be happier! The destination, the trip and everything else was extraordinary and if we can say it, perfect!
