3. A Surprising Visit To The Indo Bangladesh Border

visited to the indo- bangladesh border

This was one experience that left all of us surprised and excited. When were at the border, we realised that there was no gate that kept the people from entering Bangladesh. We went in without a hassle and spent quality time inside without anybody stopping us from doing so, as the jumping from one country to the other at Indo-Bangladesh border is permitted.

The shopping experience was quite amazing too. We bought different things from this place like woollen clothes and some well-known local produce like rice and cardamom. There are various markets here where you can find a variety of things for which Shillong is known!
