Our personal expenses for the trip were around 30 to 40 thousand rupees; it included exploring the city, shopping and eating out.

Shopping In Phuket
Shopping in Phuket was interesting and we had a lot of fun as we roamed around and discovered the items unique to the culture of Thailand. We shopped for homemade forks which were really attractive and magnets and soaps which are also great. Other things that we recommend people to buy are Thai silk, coconut bowls, and cashew nuts.
Phuket Food
The traditional Thai cuisine is really delectable and mouth-watering. Phuket is a great place for those who enjoy non-vegetarian delicacies; since we both eat vegetarian food, we went for the vegetarian options. We tried the local cuisines and to our surprise, we actually found delicious vegetarian food- the most delicious of them all were the rice noodles. If you are also a vegetarian on a trip to the place, then you can look for Indian restaurants in Phuket to make it easier for you.
