Amidst this, other good news floats in for the people who were longing to travel back to the UAE. As per the new travel directives, the Indians can travel to UAE now under air bubble agreement. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many people were left stranded away from their home countries. Thus this has come as good news as people will finally be able to travel to the UAE. In these crucial times, countries have created air bubbles for easy movement for travelers who are away from their homeland. Similar bilateral arrangements are set up with the UK, US, Germany, France, Maldives, Canada, and Kuwait.
Highlights About The India-UAE Travel
- Direct flights are operated by the TATA-SIA carrier Vistara from Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai to Dubai till 30th August 2020.
- The India-UAE air bubble is valid until August 31st, and the passengers can board a flight between two countries between 16th-31st August 2020.
- The airline services will be available from Delhi to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah to Mengaluru, Lucknow to Dubai, Abu Dhabi to Gaya, Dubai to Mumbai, and Delhi to Dubai.
- SpiceJet is likely to fly from Delhi, Kozhikode, Mumbai, Madurai, and Jaipur connecting to Dubai.

Travel Criteria For Passengers
Traveling From UAE To India
- Indian nationals stranded in UAE
- The Overseas Citizens of India holding UAE passports
- UAE nationals holding valid Visa which is issued by Indian Mission in any category under the Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines as per 30.06.2020
Traveling From India To Dubai
- The UAE nationals, residents holding a visa or waiting for visa on arrival
- UAE residents holding Dubai residence visa need a GDRFA approval
- UAE residents holding visas issued by any emirate is not required any ICA approval but have to register here prior to traveling.
- If the UAE resident permit has expired before 1st March 2020 they are not allowed to enter the country and need to apply for a new VISA
- If the UAE resident permit has expired after 1st March 2020, then the travelers are permitted to enter the country till 31st December.
- This is under the condition of revalidating the VISA within 30 days of arrival in UAE.
- UAE residents who stayed outside for more than 180 days are allowed to enter the country.
- Travelers have to carry a negative PCR certificate from the government-approved laboratory in India.
- Travelers have to go under the PCR test upon arrival in UAE
- Transit/Transfer beyond UAE is not allowed

As the Indians can travel to UAE, the commute will not be normal as before and there will be a lot of precautions taken before boarding the flight. With the IPL lined up already for 2020 in Dubai, this news is truly a ray of hope for the travelers.
