Announcements On Air Travel Bubble Arrangements
The Aviation Ministry said in a tweet, “Passengers traveling under air bubble arrangements with France, Germany and Netherlands can further travel to EU/Schengen area, American and African countries. Travelers of bubble arrangement between India-Qatar and India-UAE can further travel to South America and Africa.”
Citizens of Nepal and Bhutan are allowed to travel via India to some air bubble countries. Under air travel bubble arrangements in India, passengers are now allowed to travel to Ethiopia, France, Germany, Iraq, Kenya, Netherland, Qatar, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ukraine and UAE. As per the Aviation minister HS Puri tweeted, “ Normal flight services resume with Nepal under an air bubble arrangement for Indians, Nepalese nationals, and all those having valid Indian visa (except tourist visa). OCI and PIO card holders will also be able to travel now. Further, Air India and Nepal Airlines will operate one flight each daily.

- The traveler must be Indian national holding a valid visa for the destination country
- OCI cardholders who wish to come to India can travel with air bubble arrangements
- Foreign airlines carrying passengers who wish to transit through their countries subject to the destination country
