This two-storeyed wooden building was thus called the “newlyweds residential hall”. Constructed in 1903, the building was taken apart and rebuilt in 1998 at its current location in Dusit Palace. Today the hall is closed for the public and houses Queen Rambhai Barni (the wife of King Rama VII) personal items as well as pottery from the Sukhothai and Ayutthaya era, found in the shipwrecks discovered in the Gulf of Thailand.
The main manor of Bang Khun Phrom Palace in Bangkok serves as the Bank of Thailand Museum today. Best time to visit Bang Khun Prom Palace
The Bang Khun Phrom Palace (Bank of Thailand) as well as the museum is open throughout the year and remains closed only on weekends and bank holidays.
