All my childhood, my Dad used to tell me how they used to stay in the palace and work for the queen, I thought the palace would just like a penthouse. I was bewildered when I saw this Zabeel palace; clean, humongous, Kings bastion. Turns out I could have managed to go inside but they stopped visitors two years back.

A long day travelling from Dubai to Abu-Dhabi. We visited the Grand Mosque and it could beat Taj Mahal in its beauty on a good day. It was shining white, clean blue waters, gold pillars and multi colored 3D wall art.
