Day 1: Arrival at Kashmir: The Heaven On Earth
The surreal view of the valleys welcomed us to this paradise state. On our arrival at the airport we were taken to the Meadow resort at Gulmarg which was our home for the first day in Kashmir. We were lucky enough to enjoy the scenic views of the snow-capped mountains, and the enormous Gondola station from our room.
After freshening up, we headed to explore the valley accompanied by a tour guide which made our journey pretty comfortable. We first went for the Gondola ride to witness an aerial view of the enormous mountains and pristine glaciers which was a divine view for us. Later on we had a thrilling experience while skiing, and sledging on the snow.

Later in the day we went to Nishat Bagh and Cheshmashahi while exploring the Srinagar market. We did a lot of shopping from shawls to dry fruits and the authentic wooden souvenirs of Kashmir.
Amidst all this we got a very friendly and helpful driver who made us explore various sites of Kashmir. He made us familiar to the Kashmiri Kehwa in a dry fruit shop, and the Kashmiri culture as well. Overall, it was a very eventful day for all of us.
Day 4: Full Day Tour At Sonamarg
We departed from our hotel early in the morning to head towards Sonamarg which was a complete scenic drive. As we drove past the forests, I enjoyed the every bit of serenity around.
