Udupi Sri Krishna Matha is a Hindu temple visited by worshipers from all around the country. Founded in the 13th century, this is the oldest Krishna temple in Udupi standing to date. It has a symmetrical structure with four faces, hence the name Chaturmukha. A Basadi is the term used to refer to a Jain temple in Udupi & South India. The temple was built in the late 16th century by the Bhairarasa ruling dynasty of Karnataka and is one of the most famous monuments in Karkala. 18. Mookambika Temple – Learn The History

This Hindu temple worships the goddess Mookambika, an aspect of Aadiprakarshakti, the supreme power, and the collective form of three goddesses – Saraswati, Maha Lakshmi, and Mahakali. The goddess is the divine feminine energy that represents creativity, and ingenuity.
The temple is located in Kollu village in the Byndoor Taluk of Udupi district. The Mookambika temple contains a swayambhu (self-manifesting) lingam, vertically divided by a golden line into two parts – the female goddess triad, and the male triad of Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma. 32. Narasimha Parvatha Trek – Touch The Skies

By Air: Udupi is not directly accessible by flight. The nearest airport is Mangalore at a distance of 60 km from Udupi via the NH66 highway. Take a bus, taxi, or cab from the Mangalore Airport.
