Bourbon Street started in 1990 and since then well-known musicians like Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Joss Stone, Jeff Healey, Bobby Kimball (Toto), and Rolling Stones have performed here. Bourbon Street plays music on all days of the week and bustles with jazz, band performances and live salsa and Latin music.

    Melkweg or Milky Way in English is among the most vibrant and popular music venues and cultural hubs of Amsterdam. Formerly a dairy factory, the property at Melkweg is run and managed by a non-profit organisation which organises enthralling live performances featuring internationally famous DJs, Dutch artists, hip hop musicians and Kill All Hipsters party.

    What’s special: Melkweg offers separate space for different forms of art like music, dance, movies and so in. Movies play at the attic housed cinema screen at the top of the building, whereas media and photography exhibitions take place at Melkweg Café at the back of the venue.
