Refreshing Things To Do In Kerala That Made Our Family Holiday Memorable
1. Enjoying a boat ride in Cochin
Upon our arrival in Cochin from Mumbai, we were received by our travel agent’s representative who took us to our hotel Cochin Palace. We completed all the check-in formalities and decided to take a quick nap before we headed out into this beautiful city. The hotel was really good and exactly as we had expected.

Later in the evening, we ventured out for a boat ride at Marine Drive and it was a soul-satisfying experience. Sitting amidst natural beauty, with the lit-up building of the city on one side and an infinite sea view on the other along with my loved ones was absolutely a one of its kind experience.
2. Staying in a private houseboat
Staying in a houseboat is undoubtedly one of the best things to do in Kerala. On the morning of the 2nd day, we checked out from our hotel and left our journey to Alleppey. As soon as we reached, a private AC premium houseboat awaited us in the beautiful backwaters of Kerala.
We hopped on, made ourselves comfortable, and spent the rest of the evening witnessing the spellbinding beauty of the backwaters. It literally felt like we were living in the lap of nature and every moment spent in the boat became a memory we would cherish for lifelong.

3. Visiting the top attractions in Munnar
Munnar is a green paradise in South India and every corner of the hill town proves that well. On the third day of our family trip to Kerala, we left for this paradise. En route, we stopped by and visited some famous attractions like Cheeyappara & Valara Waterfalls and Spice Plantations. It was indeed an experience of a lifetime for all of us.
Upon our arrival in Munnar, we checked into Lake & Hills Resort, which is one of the best places to stay in the town with family. From its hospitality to its interiors, everything was great.
Next morning, we visited a few attractions like Rose Garden, Eco Point & more, and I must say every place was worth our time. I captured not only the impeccable beauty of nature but also the moments that all of us we spent together.
On the fourth day, we bid a sweet adieu to God’s own country and drove back to the airport for our journey back home.
