Hotel We Stayed At On Our Trip To Singapore In April

We checked in to Value Hotel Thomson located in Balestier Road. We stayed at a standard double room, which was quite cosy. The room service was quick and the staff was quite hospitable as well as welcoming. This hotel property was at a distance of 2-3 kilometers from marketplace. The transportation in Singapore is not expensive and this is why exploring the local shops from our property wasn’t a task.

    Singapore Travel Tips

    • If you’re going for a night safari, you should plan accordingly by keeping a check on the weather – if it’s raining, you won’t be able to enjoy the animal shows, as they get cancelled
    • If you want to enjoy the tourist attractions without any hassle, make sure you plan your visit on a weekday. On public holidays or weekends, these attractions are quite crowded
    • Since the weather in Singapore is quite unpredictable, it is suggested that you keep an umbrella handy with you always
    • When you’re going for the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure at Universal Studios, then don’t forget to wear a raincoat or carry extra clothing, as you’ll be drenched while enjoying the ride
