After what seems like months and months of waiting, Goa’s Dabolim Airport finally has a ferry terminal of its own. In fact it’s already showing off its two catamarans connecting Dabolim airport to Panjim and Sinquerim a few miles up north. Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Shipping & Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, had launched the terminal only last week and had even announced that more connections were underway.
Located at the Baina beach, this ferry terminal is just 5 km from the airport. The great part is that the terminal is accessible by a shuttle service that is free of cost!
