A perfect blend of culture, nature, and adventure, Bali is truly an “Island of Gods”. It’s an excellent retreat for beach babies, photographers, and temple-goers. Like Bali, Singapore is also charmed by numerous visitors every year. With small islands full of wildlife, the larger than life CBD, and theme parks, Singapore is one of the best places to visit for a romantic getaway. Captivated by the beauty of both these places, Samapti & her husband took a break from their busy schedules to spend some quality time with each other. To make their Anniversary Trip To Bali and Singapore memorable & seamless, they reached out to TravelTriangle. Upon receiving various quotations from several agencies, they finalized the one that matched perfectly with their preferences.
My husband and I tied the knot just a year back. He is a doctor, while I am a development professional. Although we have different careers, the love for travel wonderfully binds us. Travel makes our love more special; it strengthens our bonding, it lightens our soul & most importantly, we’re able to create memories for a lifetime. Being utterly crazy about traveling, we go on an expedition in every vacation. So, this time my husband suggested to visit Bali and it was I who direly wanted to visit Singapore. Being travel buddies, we happily settled on both the locations. While looking for the best trip organizer, I luckily came to know about TravelTriangle via Facebook and needless to say, their seamless services took no time in booking our special vacation.

Unforgettable experiences of our anniversary trip to Bali and Singapore
Nightlife of Bali: Anniversary done right!
Upon reaching Bali on day 1, we checked into our hotel, Kuta Central Park where the courteous staff welcomed us with a complimentary drink with all their love. After having some rest, we went out to witness the famous nightlife of Bali.
Sky Garden being one of the best known and cheapest nightclubs in Bali was a perfect choice for celebrating our first wedding anniversary. Not only the vibe was of the next level, but the drinks & snacks were relatively cheaper. Adding perfection to our lovely day, the hotel provided us a complimentary cake.
Trying hands at thrilling water sports
After celebrating our wedding anniversary with so much joy and happiness, next up, it was time to challenge the adventure junkies in us. Water sports at Kuta beach was something I was dreaming about since eons. So we went ahead towards it after having a super king- size breakfast at the hotel.
We did the banana boat ride, jet ski & parasailing followed by a boat ride to Turtle Island. The best part was that we really didn’t have to be a pro to indulge in these water activities. Even if we didn’t know how to swim, we enjoyed like anything! My husband and I were completely awed by various water sports to try in Bali.

Witnessing a majestic sunset at Tanah Lot
One can’t come to Bali and not go to see the temple at Tanah Lot. This temple is renowned for its marvelous offshore setting & sunset backdrops. We reached there in the evening around sunset, and as we had seen in pictures, it was breathtakingly beautiful.
Moreover, the pleasant weather was just adding charm to the overall experience. We clicked some really amazing pictures there and that sheer beauty of nature will always be etched in our hearts.
Embracing Balinese culture
Inspired by Bali’s vibrant culture and heritage, “Barong” is one of the most famous dance forms of Bali. We had also attended this dance performance and it left us completely mesmerized. The dance beautifully narrated the mythological rift between good & evil. Be it the costumes, the storytelling or the cultural vibe, everything was par excellence.
Apart from this, our driver had guided us in collecting some souvenirs from Kintamani & Ubud. We had also gone on a coffee plantation tour to see how to make Santi AgroWisata. Our guide explained how the coffee was made and the other ingredients mixed with the coffee.
After enjoying 4 amazing days in Bali, it was finally the time to bid adieu to this wonderful location. With so many memories in our hearts, we headed towards our next destination, Singapore. Believe me! I was excited like a 10-year old.
4 Things To Do In Orchard On Weekends To Know The Culture Of Singapore In 2022
Tech and nature under one roof at Gardens By The Bay
Designed with environmental sustainability in mind, Gardens by the Bay are true marvels of architecture & design. We reached this man-made beauty by taking the metro train. It was such a delightful surprise to walk around the gardens free of charge. Witnessing an expansive range of flora under one roof was such a magical experience. We wish we could stay there for some more time.
Loosening up at Sentosa Island: A dreamy land
Our day 5 started off with exploring the city with a familiarisation drive covering all its major places. Then in the other half of the day, we visited Sentosa Island which is famous for the fun & recreation it offers. There are various ways to get to the island, but we chose the cable car. The trip on the cable car was almost worth it on its own.
Sentosa Luge and Skyride, Dragon Trail/Nature Walk, Animal and Bird Encounters, and Magical Fountain Show are some of the highlights of Sentosa Island. We especially loved The wings of time show which was a unique combination of lights & magic. As said by fellow travelers, we also felt that Sentosa Island is one of the best places to visit in Singapore.
Making wild-child fantasies come true at Universal Studios
Our Day 6 was dedicated just to Universal Studios. The moment we entered that majestic place, we could feel the electrifying vibes getting into our veins. It was like coming to a different world that is tremendously colorful and full of life.
There were a whole lot of activities, rides, and shows to make our day a perfect one. Jurassic Park, Puss in Boots, Transformers, and Madagascar are some of the exciting rides on offer. Not only for couples, but it’s also a great place for families as well. Visitors of all ages will have something or the other to enjoy.
Exploring Singapore like a pro!
We had our departure in the evening, so we thought to make the most of what we were left with. The whole day, we explored the beautiful city and visited some really great places. We rushed into various malls and tried yummylicious food at some famous restaurants. We also bought some souvenirs and gifts for our friends and folks. And, being a woman, I can say I got some best cosmetics over there (what an icing on the cake!)
In a nutshell, we really had a blast on our first anniversary trip to Bali and Singapore. Be it the experiencing the nightlife of Bali, enjoying various water activities or getting to know Balinese culture with a clearer view, we completely enjoyed our vacation. Not only this, adding Singapore to our Itinerary turned out to be a great idea. Sentosa Island and Universal Studios completely took our breath away. There’s so much to see and each better than the other. We traveled to Singapore for the first time and fell head over heels with this majestic place.
