Draksharamam temple is a significant Hindu pilgrim site located on the east Godavari. Maintained and protected by the Archaeological Department of India, this temple is one of Pancharama Kshetras (houses one of the five fragments of Shiva linga). The Draksharamam temple was constructed by King Bhima of the Chalukyan dynasty. It is a two-storied temple with two paths. The outer Parakram has four entrances in different directions, and different mythological creatures adorn the gateway.
